The Challenge
The client required a sophisticated solution that went beyond simple inventory tracking. The system needed to understand complex fashion logic (e.g., color theory, silhouette), generate high-fidelity visual proofs of outfits, and facilitate real-time community engagement, all while scaling to thousands of high-res image uploads.
The QPOI Solution
QPOI delivered the end-to-end architecture, focusing on robust engineering and seamless user experience. We built a custom "Decision Tree" logic for specialized AI agents to enforce stylistic rules.
1. Multi-Agent AI System
We engineered specialized agents like the BestSelfStylingAgent and ContextualStylingAgent. These enforce strict rules (e.g., "weather-fabric matching") to ensure every generated outfit is viable before it reaches the user.
2. Generative Visual Pipeline
Cognitive load is the enemy of engagement. We built a complex pipeline integrating Prodia to synthesize photorealistic outfit visualizations from user-uploaded garment images, allowing users to "see" the look instantly.
3. Real-Time Infrastructure
Using Firebase and Cloud Functions, we ensured real-time data sync and offline-first capabilities. The social feed features optimistic UI updates for instant voting feedback, keeping the app feeling snappy even on slow networks.
