A scope you can make decisions on
User journeys, business rules and a prioritised delivery plan. We separate the first useful release from later improvements and identify dependencies before agreeing an estimate.
The platform and its supporting systems
Web interfaces, application logic, account permissions, integrations and administration tools, selected for the agreed scope. Operational needs such as reporting and exception handling belong in the product plan too.
Working software to review
Regular demonstrations give you something concrete to assess. Feedback is tied to the agreed requirements, with changes to scope discussed before they become extra work.
A planned handover
Deployment, documentation and source-code handover are agreed as part of delivery. We establish who will run the software and how future maintenance, hosting and development will be handled.

Before you commit
Questions worth working through.
Do we need custom software or an existing product?
That is a useful first question. If an existing product covers the requirements, configuration or an integration may be enough. Custom development makes more sense when the workflow or product behaviour is central to your business and cannot be supported adequately by the available tools.
Can you work with our current systems?
Yes. We first review the code, data access and integration options relevant to the work. That establishes whether extending the current platform, building alongside it or replacing part of it is the practical choice.
How are cost and ongoing support agreed?
An estimate follows a defined scope and an understanding of the main technical risks. Hosting, third-party services and ongoing support are discussed separately so you can see both the build commitment and the expected running responsibilities.
